Beds are super comfy. They even give you two pillows with different firmness to choose from. Breakfast was yummy with lots of options. I requested a late check out and they had no problem with it. We didn't have housekeeping knocking on the door before we checked out either. I think that's the first time ever.
I think something was wrong with the furnace. Our room was too toasty. We tried to cool it off but ended having to open the window.

A sign should have been posted warning patrons not to enter the pool area...the chlorine level was so high it made one's eyes water and sting just sitting in the area....felt like we were in a gas chamber...regular water testing should become a required task...NO ONE should have been in that pool on 6/4. Big disappointment that a fun time swimming was not possible for our grandkids. Had to take them up to the room to shower and administer eye drops after 15 minutes--couldn't stand it any longer and thought it was truly dangerous for anyone to be there. If a mistake in treating the pool was made, patrons should have been warned and the pool should have been closed until the chlorine dropped to an acceptable level. In Comfort Suite's defense, we were able to swim when we stayed there earlier this year--the water was heated and very comfortable for us. It was one of the reasons why we chose to stay there this time. We have a pool at home; and, we test the water on a daily basis to make sure it is safe, clean, clear, and pleasure to be in.

We recently stayed at this hotel and we were impressed with its location that allowed access to various restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment centers in the area. The service was outstanding, with dry cleaning, housekeeping and laundry services available. The staff were accommodating, offering an airport shuttle, a welcome drink and tea and coffee facilities in the room. The amenities were top-notch, with a swimming pool and garden furniture available for guests' leisure time.

Breakfast was good, kids loved pool
Kind of shabby- felt like the contractors rushed to put fixtures up and wallpaper 10 years ago.

The employees were all very nice and helpful, our room was clean and we felt was worth the price we paid. The pool looked inviting. Overall the place was clean and we will plan another overnight stay!
The bed was a little uncomfortable and worn. it was sinking in the middle.

The breakfast here is pretty decent, and it's great that you can easily walk to Woodfield mall and plenty of fun things to do, plus there are lots of shops and restaurants close by! 🛍️

Comfy and clean. Nice location
So busy... And fire alarm went off at 4 am. We had to take our 1 year old out in the cold during it

The bed was fantastic. The drapes kept the room really dark. We could open the window for fresh air at night!
No whole wheat bagel option. The dining area seemed a little stuffy/musty. The eggs were powdered eggs.

The hotel was not far from many restaurants, shopping malls, and shopping districts. The place was clean with a very helpful staff.

The beds were super comfortable. The pool was nice but a little high on the chlorine level (burned eyes). My daughter brought a dollar to the counter to buy a candy bar and they were two, but the manager gave it to her for a dollar anyways just to be nice. Very happy with the stay and great breakfast which was included with the room.
Only had soda vending machine on our floor. Had to go to lobby to get snacks.

Convenient location. Clean bathroom and room.
Horrible sofa sleeper, bad breakfast, small tv. Worst part was small pool, cold and overcrowded. Tiny hot tub full to near capacity. We couldn't even use them either day. We checked several times.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location.
We didn't check in until 9pm. The kids wanted to swim so we quickly put our stuff in the room and got our suits on. That was a big mistake, I should have checked the room first before even putting our stuff in there. I'll explain that later. So down to the pool we went. The pool had so much chlorine just sitting in the pool area my eyes burned. We could only stand being in there for 30 minutes. I understand the need for chlorine especially in public pools but this was extreme and the pool still had a green tint to it. So we left and went to our room. Getting my 3 kids ready for a shower, 1 towel and 2 hand towels were dirty, looked like makeup on them. By this time its late and we just wanted to go to bed so I just used the other towels. We go to get into our bed and it was obvious the sheets were not clean. There was black hair all over the sheets. I call down to front desk she tells me I have to come down and get new sheets cause they don't have house cleaning, obviously by the looks of everything! I go down she hands me 1 flat sheet and 1 pillow case. How does this even make sense for a queen bed. I ask her please can I have a fitted sheet and 4 pillow cases. She did offer us a new room but by now its going on 11 we are all very tired and just want to sleep. She did not once apologies for this huge inconvenience. I will never go to another comfort suites ever. As a family we travel a lot and I have never been to a hotel as dirty as this one. I am not one to complain either. I understand the upkeep of a hotel. Stains on carpets or little things here and there broken are understandable but dirty sheets and towels and rude customer service is absoulety inexcusable. We were so disgusted we woke up and left as soon as possible. I wouldn't dare even eat the free breakfast. I was so excited to book here with the later check out at 12 and the free breakfast.
